This building combines historic preservation with building restoration including an addi-tion matching the original appearance and construction.

This project is a total historic renovation of an existing three-story masonry building. The street floor masonry has been totally removed, structural streel was installed and all new glass and glazing was incorporated to open up the level for Johnston's Bank. The second and third floors consist of other business offices.

This project included restoration of two adjoined buildings. The design incorp-orated the use of historic photographs to match the original facade. The building now houses small business offices and retail areas.
