This luxury condominium building is a 60,000 square foot building with twenty-one units and underground parking. The four story building rests on pilings and poured concrete foundations. The main building construction is panelized wood framed with various interior and exterior finishes.

The new bank building is the “flag ship” for Bank First National Bank. The building interior incorporates upscale finishes including stone veneers, granite countertops, mahogany panels and trim and much more. The building exterior has a great modern look as well with full stone veneer and composite panels.

This project is a great example of how a new façade can really dress up a building. The new EIFS wall finish is a welcome change from the old metal wall panel that used to greet customers.

Sheboygan’s newest fire station is a 5000 square foot structure composed of traditional wood framing along with concrete block construction. The exterior of the building is designed to blend in with its residential surroundings using cement board siding, split face block, and a shingled roof.
